French double after Pascal Taskin 1769, made by Alain Rousseau in 1981. 63 notes (FF to g'''). Transposition A415-A440. 2 x 8', 1 x 4, lute stop. I don't have a buff stop on this harpsichord.
The soundboard was painted by the builder. But all the paintings were made by my father Daniel Abel between year 1999 and 2003.
I tune my harpsichord most of the time with the Kinberger II temperament which I like the most. The other temperaments I like to use are, Tartini-Valotti and d'Alembert-Rousseau.
